Grass in the middle eastern countriesNovember 5, 2001
Your question is a good one. Allergies are common worldwide. These are the three steps we recommend for allergies:
It is impossible to avoid grass completely unless one remains in the house 24/7 with the windows closed. Hepa air cleaners are very helpful indoors when windows must be opened for ventilation. Masks are recommended when mowing or when outdoors in grassy areas for extended times. Our affiliate sponsor, National Allergy Supply offers a variety of excellent masks and air cleaners. I've recommended products from National Allergy Supply since I first started in allergy in 1991. Our patients have consistently expressed satisfaction with this company. I've never had a patient tell me of a bad experience with National Allergy Supply. But I have heard patients brag on their reasonable prices and courteous and helpful service. So I am proud to be able to recommend their products. Click "Shipping Info" in their menu for information about international orders. See your physician for recommendations regarding medications and allergy shots.
