Mold in air ducts


Cold air return (with vent cover removed ) in ceiling of hallway before air duct cleaning.

Thick debris (dust and dirt) built up inside 20" cold air return duct. Notice debris is attached to total circumference of duct.

Great picture of growing mold above cooling coil directly above furnace. 100% of air being supplied into living area of home must travel through this duct. This home is a twelve year old home.
